The wait is over. After months of hard work and coordination from our web site development team, I am happy to announce the launch of the new and improved Novus global web site – www.novusint.com. The new site follows the Novus brand evolution that began in early 2012. This evolution better reflects our focus on the pillars that really impact our customers, as well as our global vision to feed the world affordable, wholesome food.
Our partner in this website endeavor, Enliven (http://enlivenhq.com/), was instrumental in helping us to bring our vision for this site to life. First and foremost, it had to incorporate our Triple-S Bottom Line platform – Solutions, Service, Sustainability. With these three hallmarks as a guide, the website development team worked hand-in-hand with key departments and personnel within Novus to develop content that is meaningful to our customers, stakeholders and the communities we serve.
One noteworthy change that I think our customers will really appreciate is the addition of information that details exactly how individual Novus products address species-specific producer challenges. This solutions-driven content is just one of the ways the new Novus web site supports our Triple S Bottom Line.
We are also incorporating a mechanism to capture requests for more information about specific products. This will allow us to act on interest generated via the website and develop new customer relationships and/or expand existing relationships.
