A Celebration of the Dairy Industry during June Dairy Month

As June Dairy Month comes to a close, I want to thank my fellow Novus colleagues for all they do to make the Dairy Industry so great. You all contribute to helping keep the dairy industry strong whether it’s speaking out on the importance of agriculture and where our food comes from, making our dairy producers more efficient & sustainable with Novus products and services, or simply consuming dairy product regularly. Each and every one of these actions is important.

I wanted to highlight one way that I have taken part in Dairy Month!

To kick off June Dairy Month, Novus, together with other organizations, sponsored an event that I’m thrilled to have taken part in, called Cows on the Concourse. This is the official kick-off of June Dairy Month in the capitol of the Dairy State. It is a free & family-friendly event that features a variety of dairy education opportunities including the Ed‘Moo’cation Zone, Get MOOving Fun & Fitness Zone, Ask a Farmer Zone, Big Cheese Zone, Entertainment Stage & 2 different Cow Zones.

Novus also had several volunteers at the event, working as Cow Experts, helping children get MOOving, and even making grilled cheese sandwiches.
