Dr. Nash shares data from over 1,500 farms in the U.S. as part of NOVUS’ on-farm assessment, the C.O.W.S.™ Program and explains that while cows have improved greatly in the last 50 years thanks to genetics, their living conditions and the nutrition they intake have not. This lag in management changes means farmers and nutritionists aren’t getting the most out of their cows.
