Rasha Qudsieh, Ph.D.
Senior Manager, Global Enzymes & Microbials
As a member of the Innovation Team at NOVUS, Dr. Qudsieh develops and executes complex poultry and swine research programs focused on enzyme and microbial feed solutions. She leads R&D initiatives that explore new product development and support global and regulatory affairs projects. Dr. Qudsieh also collaborates with colleagues and external key opinion leaders on creating research-based marketing materials and communications, developing value propositions, and supporting activities with customers.
Before coming to NOVUS, she served as Research Scientist and then Animal Nutrition and R&D Manager for NOVUS-acquired BioResource International, Inc. She was also a Research and Teaching Assistant and Research Specialist in the Department of Poultry Science at North Carolina State University.
Dr. Qudsieh earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in animal production from Jordan University of Science and Technology, and her doctorate degree in animal and poultry science with a focus on poultry processing and food safety at North Carolina State (U.S.).
She is a member of the Poultry Science Association.
She speaks Arabic and English.
