A change maker with more than 35 years of experience in the agriculture industry, Mr. Meagher is guiding NOVUS’ transformation into the leader in intelligent nutrition solutions for the protein-producing global food system.
Mr. Meagher’s first time at NOVUS was from 2007-2013 as a colleague. He returned in 2020 as president and CEO.
Mr. Meagher supports the animal agriculture industry beyond the time he spends in his office at NOVUS. He serves on the boards of the American Feed Industry Association (AFIA; 2025-2026 Board Chair), the National Chicken Council (NCC), and GreenLab, Inc. He previously served on the boards for United Egg Producers (UEP), Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), Agrivida, Inc., and Missouri Biotechnology Association (MOBIO).
A native of Saint Louis, Missouri, U.S., and a sports enthusiast, he can be found cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals, the St. Louis Blues, and St Louis City SC. He enjoys playing golf, water activities, and hunting. He and his wife, Mary, have three sons and eight grandchildren whom he calls “the pride of our lives.”
