Responsible for overseeing legal operations around the world, Kevin acts as a trusted adviser to senior leadership and the NOVUS Board of Directors while developing and executing strategic initiatives. He emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and commercially oriented thinking in support of the organization.

Kevin has over 20 years of experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, securities law matters, commercial contracting, and product development.
He earned his undergraduate degrees in accounting, finance, and B.E.L (Business, Economics & Law), and his law degree at Washington University (U.S.). He also holds MBAs from Georgetown University (U.S.) and Esade Ramon Llull University (Spain).
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys travelling, home renovation projects, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
