Dr. Zavarize says customers are not just looking for products but are seeking solutions to their challenges. Being able to identify the source of those challenges and helping to resolve them are the best parts of her job.
Along with supporting NOVUS customers, she also works with the commercial teams, providing her research and technical expertise, and knowledge of the Latin American market to connect customers with solutions that will work for them.
Dr. Zavarize has over 15 years of experience in monogastric nutrition. She served as a professor of zootechnics at the University of Goias before joining Rio Branco Alimentos as a nutritionist. She also served roles in animal nutrition area and services at Elanco and Kemin before joining NOVUS.
She earned her doctorate degree at the University of Sao Paulo (Brazil). She speaks Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
