NOVUS Executive Sales Manager Focuses on Sustainable Growth in Vietnam
HO CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM (October 15, 2026) – NOVUS has strengthened its commercial team in Southeast Asia with the addition of Huy Tran Cong as executive sales manager for Vietnam.
Based in Vietnam, Tran Cong is responsible for driving business growth and executing the commercial strategy for the NOVUS portfolio in the country. He will manage relationships with feed mills, livestock and aquaculture producers, and distribution partners while working closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver intelligent nutrition solutions that support customer success. His responsibilities also include identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and strengthening NOVUS’ position throughout the Vietnamese market.
“My goal is to help customers grow their businesses by combining strong technical support with practical commercial solutions,” Tran Cong says. “I want producers and feed manufacturers to see NOVUS as a reliable long-term partner that understands the Vietnamese market and delivers value through science, collaboration and local expertise.”
With a master’s degree in animal nutrition, an MBA focused on agricultural business, and commercial leadership experience across Vietnam and Cambodia, Tran Cong brings expertise in sales strategy, business development, team leadership and key account management. Before joining NOVUS, he served as sales manager for Biochem in Vietnam and Cambodia and previously held the role of business development manager for Alltech in Vietnam, where he worked with specialty feed additives, distributor development and technical customer support.
Tran Cong says Vietnam’s livestock and aquaculture industries continue to face pressure to increase efficiency while managing production costs.
